Hey, I'm The Texas Cowgirl.

I'm Jocelyn Penque Saunders, known as the Texas Cowgirl. I grew up in Corsicana, Texas, a charming small town reminiscent of the world portrayed in the award winning TV series Friday Night Lights. With a population of around 25,000, my hometown is steeped in the traditions of country music, American football and rodeo, which together form the heart of its close-knit community.

In 2010, I moved to London, where I quickly became a sought-after line dancing instructor at social gatherings. In 2025, I joined forces with my British husband, Leo, a singer and musician, to host lively country hoedowns. 

 

Hey, I'm The Texas Cowgirl.

I grew up in Corsicana, Texas, a wonderful small town that embodies the series Friday Night Lights. Country music, American football and rodeo are the ingredients making up our community of 25,000 residents. 

I moved to London in 2010 and was asked to teach line dancing at most social gatherings. I'm also the founder of Dating Classroom. 

I love bridging our two cultures together and can't wait to teach you how to line dance and date!

LeoLive

Leo Live is a versatile singer-songwriter, musician, recording artist and performer. Emerging from the vibrant Camden indie scene in the 90s, Leo has captivated audiences both as a solo artist and alongside his original band Lemonade Hand Grenade. He has also performed as the lead singer with several Gloucestershire-based cover bands, including The Bowie Band, The Holy Sinners, Over The Hill, Johnny Clash, Cold Sweat and Sweatband, further showcasing his dynamic stage presence and musical range.

 

While Jocelyn leads the line dancing, Leo provides the soundtrack, performing hits by country legends such as Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn and Tim McGraw.
